No matter how well we do our job, there will always be complaints from patients or their family members. Often, it may be to do with miscommunication on either side or our system needs some tweaking to make it better. Either way, we do have a complaint handling system to manage complaints so that we can improve our system moving forward. To lodge a complaint about a service we are providing or how we handle your appointments or request, you can either:

  • Give us a call and speak to one of our staff on 9829 3033
  • Ask our reception staff to get the doctor to return your call at a later time
  • Go online and fill in our Complaint Online form

Your complaint will be discussed at the next staff meeting and we will inform you of the outcome of the discussion.
